 Perseroan menegaskan komitmennya terhadap keberlanjutan melalui implementasi Green Retail Operations
 yang terintegrasi dalam strategi bisnis, sebagaimana tercantum dalam Laporan Tahunan dan Laporan
 Keberlanjutan 2025 ini. Sejalan dengan prinsip ESG yang diadopsi dari Erajaya Group selaku entitas induk,
 Perseroan telah memulai langkah konkret dalam mengukur dan mengelola dampak lingkungan, termasuk
 perhitungan emisi dan limbah dari operasional kantor, gerai, perjalanan dinas, serta employee commute
 yang terus disempurnakan secara berkesinambungan sesuai dengan ekspansi bisnis untuk meningkatkan
 akurasi dan efektivitas pengelolaan.

 Sebagai bagian dari strategi mitigasi, Perseroan telah menginisiasi program carbon offsetting sejak tahun
 2024 dengan fokus pada kawasan pesisir, yang akan terus dikembangkan sebagai upaya nyata dalam
 mengurangi jejak karbon. Inisiatif ini melengkapi berbagai langkah strategis lainnya yang dilakukan secara
 berkelanjutan untuk mendukung pengelolaan lingkungan yang lebih bertanggung jawab.

 Dalam jangka menengah, Perseroan menargetkan penurunan emisi sebesar 30% pada tahun 2030
 dibandingkan dengan baseline yang telah ditetapkan. Untuk mencapai target tersebut, Perseroan akan
 mengimplementasikan berbagai inisiatif seperti efisiensi energi, pemanfaatan energi terbarukan, adopsi
 teknologi ramah lingkungan, serta optimalisasi proses operasional guna mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis
 yang berkelanjutan sekaligus berkontribusi pada upaya mitigasi perubahan iklim.

Langkah-langkah yang sudah dilakukan dan penurunan emisi yang telah dicapai dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.

Penjelasan:


Perseroan menegaskan komitmennya dalam mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca sebagai bagian integral dari
implementasi Green Retail Operations. Sejalan dengan prinsip ESG yang diadopsi dari Erajaya Group,
Perseroan secara bertahap membangun pendekatan yang terukur dalam mengidentifikasi, menghitung, dan
mengelola emisi yang dihasilkan dari seluruh aktivitas operasional, termasuk dari kantor, jaringan gerai,
perjalanan dinas, serta employee commute. Upaya ini menjadi landasan bagi Perseroan dalam merumuskan
strategi penurunan emisi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus mendukung kontribusi terhadap upaya
mitigasi perubahan iklim.

Pada tahun 2025, Perseroan menjalankan sejumlah leading programs yang berfokus pada efisiensi energi,
pengelolaan limbah, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat. Inisiatif tersebut antara lain program konservasi
lingkungan melalui penanaman pohon (Wana Erajaya), pengembangan Sustainable Gadget: E-Waste Station
untuk pengelolaan limbah elektronik, serta penyempurnaan perhitungan emisi Scope 1, 2 & 3 yang didukung
oleh pengembangan ESG Dashboard untuk kebutuhan pengambilan keputusan manajemen. Selain itu,
Perseroan juga memperkuat pengelolaan limbah operasional melalui head office waste management, serta
menjalankan program sosial seperti pengembangan pendidikan vokasi, pemberdayaan UMKM binaan, dan
peningkatan partisipasi karyawan dalam program kesehatan guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan
produktif.

Sebagai bagian dari komitmen jangka panjang, Perseroan menargetkan penurunan emisi sebesar 30% pada
tahun 2030 dari baseline yang telah ditetapkan. Target ini didukung oleh implementasi berbagai inisiatif strategis,
termasuk efisiensi energi, pemanfaatan energi terbarukan, serta optimalisasi proses operasional. Melalui
pendekatan yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan ini, Perseroan tidak hanya berupaya mengurangi dampak
lingkungan, tetapi juga menciptakan nilai tambah yang berkelanjutan bagi pelanggan, karyawan, mitra usaha,
dan masyarakat luas.

 Perseroan berkomitmen dalam menanggulangi terjadinya pelecehan seksual dan diskriminasi antar

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

 Erajaya Group dan Perseroan secara konsisten menjalankan berbagai inisiatif CSR yang berfokus pada
 pilar pendidikan, kesehatan, lingkungan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Perusahaan melakukan investasi
 sosial yang strategis dalam pengembangan pendidikan vokasi melalui kemitraan dengan 210 SMK di
 seluruh Indonesia, yang mencakup program magang bagi siswa serta pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi
 guru. Selain itu, Erajaya secara aktif memberdayakan komunitas lokal melalui kolaborasi dengan UKM
 untuk memproduksi lebih dari 1.600 produk ramah lingkungan, yang berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan
 mitra UKM hingga Rp100 juta.

 Di luar program pemberdayaan, perusahaan menyalurkan sumbangan rutin berupa donasi hewan qurban,
 bantuan hari besar keagamaan, serta berbagai kegiatan amal (charity) bagi kelompok masyarakat yang
 membutuhkan. Pada tahun 2025, perusahaan mengalokasikan anggaran sebesar Rp294 juta khusus untuk
 mendukung berbagai inisiatif keberlanjutan dan perlindungan lingkungan, termasuk program konservasi di
 Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda. Erajaya juga memfasilitasi program kesehatan melalui Wellness Day
 yang melibatkan ribuan peserta dalam kegiatan donor darah, pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis, serta seminar
 kesehatan bagi karyawan dan masyarakat umum.

achieving net zero emission target.
 The Company reaffirms its commitment to sustainability through the implementation of Green Retail
 Operations integrated into its business strategy, as outlined in this 2025 Annual Report and Sustainability
 Report. In alignment with the ESG principles adopted from Erajaya Group as the parent entity, the Company
 has initiated concrete measures to assess and manage its environmental impact, including the calculation of
 emissions and waste arising from office and store operations, business travel, and employee commuting.
 These efforts continue to be progressively refined in line with business expansion to enhance the accuracy
 and effectiveness of environmental management.

 As part of its mitigation strategy, the Company has initiated a carbon offsetting program since 2024 with a
 focus on coastal areas, which will be further developed as a tangible effort to reduce its carbon footprint.
 This initiative complements various other strategic measures undertaken on an ongoing basis to support
 more responsible environmental management.

 In the medium term, the Company targets a 30% reduction in emissions by 2030 compared to the
 established baseline. To achieve this target, the Company will implement various initiatives, including energy
 efficiency measures, the utilization of renewable energy, the adoption of environmentally friendly
 technologies, and the optimization of operational processes to drive sustainable business growth while
 contributing to climate change mitigation efforts.

Steps that have been taken and emission reductions that have been achieved compared to the previous year


The Company reaffirms its commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions as an integral part of the
implementation of Green Retail Operations. In alignment with the ESG principles adopted from Erajaya Group,
the Company is progressively establishing a structured and measurable approach to identify, calculate, and
manage emissions generated from all operational activities, including offices, retail networks, business travel,
and employee commuting. These efforts form the foundation for developing effective and sustainable emission
reduction strategies, while supporting broader climate change mitigation initiatives.

In 2025, the Company implemented several leading programs focusing on energy efficiency, waste
management, and community empowerment. These initiatives include environmental conservation through tree-
planting programs (Wana Erajaya), the development of Sustainable Gadget: E-Waste Station for electronic
waste management, and the enhancement of Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions calculation supported by the
development of an ESG Dashboard for management decision-making purposes. In addition, the Company
strengthened operational waste management at the head office level and carried out social programs such as
vocational education development, empowerment of supported MSMEs, and increased employee participation in
health programs to foster a healthy and productive work environment.

As part of its long-term commitment, the Company targets a 30% reduction in emissions by 2030 from the
established baseline. This target is supported by the implementation of various strategic initiatives, including
energy efficiency, the utilization of renewable energy, and the optimization of operational processes. Through
this structured and continuous approach, the Company aims not only to reduce its environmental impact but also
to create sustainable value for customers, employees, business partners, and the wider community.

  Erajaya Group and the Company consistently implements various CSR initiatives focused on the pillars of
  education, health, the environment, and community empowerment. The company makes strategic social
  investments in vocational education development through partnerships with 210 vocational high schools
  (SMK) across Indonesia, encompassing student internship programs and competency enhancement training
  for teachers. Furthermore, Erajaya actively empowers local communities by collaborating with Small and
  Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to produce more than 1,600 eco-friendly products, which has successfully
  increased the income of SME partners by Rp100 million.

  Beyond its empowerment programs, the company provides regular contributions in the form of sacrificial
  animal (qurban) donations, assistance for religious holidays, and various charitable activities for community
  groups in need. In 2025, the company allocated a specific budget of Rp294 million to support various
  sustainability and environmental protection initiatives, including a conservation program at the Ir. H. Djuanda
  Grand Forest Park. Erajaya also facilitates health programs through Wellness Day, involving thousands of
  participants in blood donation drives, free health screenings, and health seminars for both employees and
  the general public.
