In order to comply the provisions of the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta Indonesia Stock Exchange Number: Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021, January 29, 2021 Number I-E concerning Obligations to Submit Information (III 1.1.4), the Company hereby submits an explanation of change more than 2046 in the Total Assets and/or Total Liabilities of PT Saraswanti Indoland Development, Tbk in the Annual Financial Statements for the Period of December 31", 2023 (Audited). Dengan ini kami sampaikan penjelasan sebagai berikut : Bahwa Laporan Keuangan Tahunan per Desember 2023 PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk terjadi perubahan atau kenaikan liabilitas lebih dari 206 dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Total Liabilitas Perseroan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 2796 atau sebesar Rp29.184.602.170,- dari Rp 106.280.826.005,- (per 31 Desember 2022) menjadi Rp 135.465.428.175,- (per 31 Desember 2023) yang disebabkan sebagian besar karena peningkatan utang usaha pihak ketiga, utang pajak, utang bank, dan uang muka pelanggan.
