Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Keterbukaan Informasi kepada para pemegang saham ini
memuat informasi mengenai transaksi afiliasi yang dilakukan
oleh pihak afiliasi Perseroan yaitu PT Andalan Selaras Abadi
dengan Perseroan, sebagaimana didefinisikan berdasarkan
POJK 42/2020, sehubungan dengan transaksi Penerbitan
saham baru dengan jumlah sebanyak 27.000 lembar saham
dan total nilai sebesar Rp40.500.000.000,00 (empat puluh
miliar lima ratus juta rupiah) yang akan dilakukan oleh ASA
yang seluruhnya akan diambil bagian oleh WEHA sebanyak
27.000 (dua puluh tujuh ribu) lembar saham (Transaksi
Penyertaan Modal).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

which will be taken up by WEHA in the amount of 27,000
