 KSEI                         : Means PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia, domiciled in Jakarta, which
                                carries out activities as a Depository and Settlement Institution who
                                carries out central custodian activities for Account Holders who in
                                issuing Structured Warrants are tasked with storing and administering
                                the storage of Structured Warrants based on the Structured Warrant
                                Registration Agreement with KSEI.

 Term Sheet                   : Term Sheet of Structured Warrants dated 25 September 2023, as
                                amended or supplemented from time to time

 Prospectus                   : Prospectus dated 31 January 2023 relating to the offering of Structured
                                Warrants issued by the Issuer, as amended or supplemented from time
                                to time

 Structured        Warrant    : The person(s) who invests their funds, has the benefit of some or all of
 Holder(s)                      the Structured Warrants and their names are recorded in the list of
                                Structured Warrant holders, which consists of: (i) Securities Account
                                Holders at KSEI or who make direct investments in Structured Warrants
                                and/or (ii) person who invest in Structured Warrants through Securities
                                Account Holders at KSEI through Custodian Banks or Securities

NOTICE TO HOLDERS IN RELATION TO THE EXPIRY OF THE STRUCTURED WARRANTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to the conditions stipulated in the Prospectus, and Term Sheets
governing the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time, the
Structured Warrants will expire on the Expiry Date.

You should note that the Structured Warrants are cash settled call warrants which entitle you to a
settlement in cash if it is positive, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Structured
Warrants.

The Structured Warrants shall be deemed to have been exercised automatically on the Expiry Date as
stated in Section 4 below.

3. SETTLEMENT

   Cash settlement only,

   The Cash Settlement Amount shall be an amount in cash (if positive), payable in Rupiah, calculated
   as follows:

   The Settlement Price for the Structured Warrants refers to the average closing price of underlying
   shares in regular market (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect capitalisation,
   rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) exchange days before the Expiry Date or such
   other methods determined from time to time by KPEI,

   The Cash Settlement Amount (if positive) will be distributed to Structured Warrant holders by KSEI,
   subject to delays resulting from market disruption events or delays arising from settlement disruption
   events, no later than third (3rd) exchange day after the Expiry Date, Payment of the Cash Settlement
   Amount is final and conclusive, and the Issuer will be released from its obligations after making such
   payment,


4. AUTOMATIC EXERCISE

   The outstanding Structured Warrants shall be automatically exercised on the Expiry Date if the Cash
   Settlement Amount after deducting all exercise costs is greater than zero, However, in the event the
   Cash Settlement Amount on the Expiry Date after deducting all exercise costs is equal to or less than
   zero, all outstanding Structured Warrants will cease to be valid without any payment being made to
   the Holders,

   All Structured Warrants will be deemed to have expired on the Expiry Date and all rights of the
   Structured Warrant Holders and the Issuer's obligations in relation to the Structured Warrants shall
   cease and the Structured Warrant Holders do not have any rights to receive any payment from the
   Issuer in connection with the Structured Warrants,
