Sebagai perusahaan yang menjalankan kegiatan usaha utama portal web dan platform digital, serta
kegiatan usaha pendukung sebagai perusahaan holding dan aktivitas konsultasi manajemen lainnya,
Perseroan tidak menjual produk langsungnya ke konsumen. Perseroan berkomitmen untuk mendukung
target Pemerintah Indonesia dalam mencapai Net Zero Emission pada tahun 2025 melalui berbagai insiatif
yang berdampak nyata. Meskipun belum memiliki target emisi nol bersih secara mandiri, Perseroan terus
mendorong praktik operasional yang lebih ramah lingkungan, seperti efisiensi energi dan pengelolaan
limbah berkelanjutan.

Langkah-langkah yang sudah dilakukan dan penurunan emisi yang telah dicapai dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.
Penjelasan:
Perseroan terus mendorong upaya efisiensi energi sebagai bagian dari pengelolaan emisi GRK dan jejak karbon
dari kegiatan operasionalnya. Pada tahun 2025, langkah-langkah yang dilakukan antara lain mencakup
pengelolaan penggunaan perangkat elektronik secara lebih efisien, penggunaan lampu LED, optimalisasi
pencahayaan alami melalui desain ruang kerja, penyediaan fasilitas bagi pesepeda, serta pengaturan
operasional kantor yang mendukung penggunaan energi secara lebih efisien. Selain itu, sejalan dengan
perubahan operasional Perseroan, pada tahun 2025 Perseroan tidak lagi menggunakan kendaraan operasional,
sehingga tidak terdapat konsumsi bahan bakar pada periode pelaporan tersebut. Reduksi emisi GRK di tahun
2025 apabila dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu adalah sebesar 296,28 tCO2e.

Beberapa kegiatan penanaman pohon mangrove ini membutuhkan dana Rp89.771.500 yang diambil dari
anggaran tanggung jawab sosial Perseroan. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk memulihkan kondisi lingkungan,
yakni ekosistem pesisir, mencegah erosi tanah, meningkatkan kualitas air, dan menyerap emisi karbon.

As a company whose core business activities involve operating a web portal and digital platform, with
supporting activities as a holding company and in management consulting, the Company does not sell
products directly to consumers. The Company is committed to supporting the Government of Indonesias
target to achieve Net Zero Emissions by 2025 through various impactful initiatives. Although the Company
has not yet established its own standalone net zero target, it continues to promote more environmentally
responsible operational practices, such as energy efficiency and sustainable waste management.

Steps that have been taken and emission reductions that have been achieved compared to the previous year
The Company continues to promote energy efficiency efforts as part of its management of GHG emissions and
carbon footprint arising from its operational activities. In 2025, the measures implemented included more efficient
management of electronic device usage, the use of LED lighting, optimization of natural lighting through
workspace design, the provision of facilities for cyclists, and office operational arrangements that support more
efficient energy use. In addition, in line with changes in the Companys operational model, the Company no
longer utilized operational vehicles in 2025, and accordingly, no fuel consumption was recorded during the
reporting period. The reduction in GHG emissions in 2025 compared to the previous year amounted to 296.28
tCO2e.

In 2025, the Company implemented several programs to support its Environmental Pillar initiatives,
including:
Through the Akar Kebaikan program, the Company planted 600 mangrove trees in Muara Gembong,
Bekasi, West Java.
This mangrove planting activity required funding of IDR 89,771,500 sourced from the Companys corporate
social responsibility budget. The initiative aims to restore environmental conditions, particularly coastal
ecosystems, prevent soil erosion, improve water quality, and absorb carbon emissions.
