Kami memastikan bahwa karyawan kami diberi kompensasi yang adil, dengan mempertimbangkan status
kepegawaian, ruang lingkup pekerjaan, dan kualifikasi, di antara faktor-faktor lain yang relevan. Sebagai
kebijakan, tidak ada perbedaan dalam kisaran gaji antara karyawan pria dan wanita di semua kategori dan
tingkat karyawan. Setiap perbedaan dalam kompensasi semata-mata disebabkan oleh kualifikasi individu
dan tidak memandang jenis kelamin. Kami berupaya untuk mempersempit kesenjangan kompensasi antara
karyawan perempuan dan laki-laki. Selain itu, gaji karyawan pemula kami selalu setara atau di atas upah
minimum setempat di seluruh lokasi operasi kami di seluruh Indonesia, yang menunjukkan komitmen kami
terhadap kompensasi yang adil bagi karyawan kami.
