Langkah-langkah yang sudah dilakukan dan penurunan emisi yang telah dicapai dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.

Terkait dengan metrik ESG, saat ini Perseroan belum memiliki target khusus terkait pencapaian target net zero
emission dan tidak memiliki peraturan atau dokumen internal perusahaan terkait hal tersebut. Walaupun
demikian, Perseroan mendukung Pemerintah Indonesia dalam mencapai Net Zero Emissions (NZE) 2060
dengan sejumlah cara yaitu penggunaan lampu yang lebih hemat energi di kantor pusat dan seluruh Learning
Centre secara bertahap, penggunaan kertas yang minim untuk mendukung kegiatan administrasi di kantor dan
pembelajaran di Learning Centre, serta pengurangan gas emisi karbon dari kendaraan melalui online meeting.

 Dalam Kode Etik, terdapat poin-poin yang mengatur mengenai Perilaku Individu. Dalam ketentuan tersebut
 diatur sejumlah hal, dan salah satunya ditetapkan bahwa seluruh karyawan dilarang untuk melakukan
 perbuatan asusila selama masa bekerja dan dalam lingkungan kerja. Hal ini menandakan bahwa Perseroan
 melarang dengan tegas adanya pelecehan seksual dan mencegah terjadinya diskriminasi di lingkungan
 kerja.

 Perseroan memiliki kebijakan yang secara tegas melarang tindakan pelecehan, diskriminasi, dan bentuk

 Etik terkait Etika Perusahaan terhadap Karyawan. Komitmen ini mencakup perlindungan terhadap hak asasi

 dengan optimal.

 Perseroan memiliki komitmen peningkatan kualitas hidup di lingkungan sekitar wilayah operasional
 Perseroan. Perseroan tidak melakukan kegiatan sosial secara khusus untuk masyarakat (corporate social

 responsibility atau CSR) dalam hal donasi ataupun aktivitas jangka pendek lainnya. Bergerak di bidang
 pendidikan, Perseroan melebarkan jangkauan program pendidikannya agar lebih berdampak pada
 masyarakat secara lebih luas dibandingkan hanya kepada peserta program. Perseroan memiliki program
 sosial melalui kerja sama pemberian pendidikan karakter terkait public speaking di sekolah-sekolah secara
 gratis. Program ini dikenal sebagai Merry Riana Gives Back (MRGB).

 MRGB diluncurkan untuk memberdayakan para siswa, guru, dan profesional (eksekutif) di Indonesia
 dengan keterampilan berbicara di depan umum, yang merupakan kemampuan esensial untuk
 pengembangan pribadi dan profesional. Pada tahun 2025, Perseroan telah berkolaborasi dengan 105
 sekolah di Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Pulau Jawa, dan juga luar Pulau Jawa. Total terdapat 10.464 murid
 berpartisipasi. Selain itu, program MRGB juga menjangkau total 940 eksekutif sebagai partisipan dari 55
 institusi profesional seperti Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD), Polisi Daerah (Polda), gereja, dan
 organisasi lainnya.

 Perseroan mengikuti sistem tata kelola two-tier yang memisahkan antara organ pengawasan dan
 pengelolaan Perseroan masing-masing oleh Dekom dan Direksi. Sistem ini juga memisahkan antara
 Presiden Komisaris dan Presiden Direktur, yang bertindak sebagai Chief of Executive Officer dari
 Perseroan.

 Perseroan telah memiliki Pedoman Perilaku (Code of Conduct/ COC) yang berlaku sebagai kode etik
 sebagai panduan bagi seluruh karyawan PT Merry Riana Edukasi Tbk dalam bersikap dan berperilaku
 dengan tatanan nilai perusahaan agar dapat memberi nilai tambah dalam penerapan GCG di lingkungan
 usaha. Pedoman Perilaku Perseroan telah ditetapkan tertanggal 28 Februari 2025. Dalam Pedoman
 Perilaku Perseroan juga telah ditetapkan mengenai perilaku individu, yang menegaskan bahwa seluruh
 karyawan wajib mematuhi standar perilaku individu yang menjalankan praktik anti korupsi dan anti
 gratifikasi.

 Dalam rangka melindungi pemegang saham, Perseroan juga melaksanakan kebijakan yang berlaku umum
 mengenai transaksi efek bagi orang dalam (insider trading) sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Secara
 garis besar, orang dalam Perseroan yang mempunyai Informasi orang dalam dilarang untuk melakukan
 pembelian atau penjualan, mempengaruhi pihak lain untuk melakukan pembelian atau penjualan, atau
 memberi informasi kepada pihak manapun untuk tujuan melakukan pembelian atau penjualan atas efek
 Perseroan atau efek perusahaan lain yang melakukan transaksi dengan Perseroan (dengan memperhatikan
 pengecualian berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 78/POJK.04/2017 tanggal 21 Desember
 2017 tentang Transaksi Efek Yang Tidak Dilarang Bagi Orang Dalam). Perseroan memisahkan secara
 tegas informasi dan data korporasi yang bersifat rahasia dengan yang bersifat publik. Perseroan
 memastikan bahwa informasi dirilis ke pasar secara seimbang, adil, dan tepat waktu sehingga perdagangan
 sekuritas dilakukan hanya berdasarkan keseimbangan informasi antara orang dalam dan masyarakat
 umum.

With regard to ESG metrics, the Company has not yet established specific targets for achieving net zero
emissions and does not have internal policies or documents governing this matter. Nevertheless, the Company
supports the Government of Indonesia's Net zero Emissions (NZE) 2060 commitment through several initiatives,
including the gradual adoption of more energy-efficient lighting at the head office and all Learning Centres,
minimizing paper usage to support administrative activities and learning processes at Learning Centres,and
reducing carbon emissions from transportation through the use of online meetings.

  participants alone. The Company runs a social program through partnerships to provide free character
  education in terms of public speaking in schools. This program is known as Merry Riana Gives Back
  (MRGB).

  MRGB was launched to empower students, teachers, and professionals (executives) in Indonesia with
  public speaking skills, an essential capability for both personal and professional development. In 2025, the
  Company collaborated with 105 schools across Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Java and regions outside Java,
  with a total 10,464 students participating in the program. In addition, the MRGB program also reached 940
  executives as participants from 55 professional institutions, including Regional Public Hospitals (RSUD),
  Regional Police (Polda), churches, and many other organizations.

 established and serve as the basis for the NRC and the BOC in nominating prospective members.

 Conduct was established on February 28, 2025. The Company's COC also stipulates provisions on
 individual conduct, which emphasize that all employees are required to adhere to standards of individual
