 Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri teknologi digital, komitmen Perseroan terhadap target
 net zero emission dan pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca diwujudkan melalui optimalisasi digitalisasi
 dalam kegiatan bisnis, seperti menghadirkan layanan periklanan yang ramah lingkungan, pengurangan
 penggunaan kertas, efisiensi listrik melalui lampu dan alat elektronik hemat energi, pembatasan perjalanan
 bisnis dan menggantikannya dengan komunikasi langsung jarak jauh (teleconference), serta penerapan

Langkah-langkah yang sudah dilakukan dan penurunan emisi yang telah dicapai dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.

Penjelasan:


Upaya penurunan emisi GRK oleh Perseroan pada 2025 dilakukan dengan mulai mengelola dan memantau
emisi langsung dan tidak langsung yang dihasilkan. Pada 2025, kami mulai memantau keluaran emisi dengan
menghitung emisi cakupan 1 dan cakupan 2 yang dihasilkan oleh Perseroan. Hal ini menjadi langkah awal yang
nyata bagi komitmen Perseroan dalam mencapai target Net Zero Emission di masa depan. Informasi lebih

 Perseroan menerapkan kebijakan pemisahan yang jelas antara fungsi Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris
 sebagai bagian dari penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Direksi bertanggung jawab atas
 pengelolaan dan operasional Perseroan sehari-hari, sedangkan Dewan Komisaris menjalankan fungsi

 pengawasan serta memberikan nasihat strategis tanpa terlibat langsung dalam pengelolaan operasional.
 Selain itu, Perseroan memastikan tidak adanya rangkap jabatan antara anggota Direksi dan Dewan
 Komisaris guna menjaga independensi dalam pengambilan keputusan.
 Dalam pelaksanaan tata kelola perusahaan, hubungan kerja antara Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris dilakukan
 secara transparan melalui penyampaian informasi secara berkala serta rapat koordinasi yang dilaksanakan
 minimal setiap tiga bulan. Seluruh anggota Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris juga diwajibkan menjalankan

 Kinerja Dewan Komisaris dinilai oleh pemegang saham dalam RUPS, sebagai organ tertinggi dalam struktur

 Rapat Dewan Komisaris dan rapat gabungan dengan Direksi; pemberian arahan kepada Direksi dan

 Perseroan memiliki kode etik yang berfungsi sebagai pedoman tata kelola dan di dalamnya terdapat etika

 Perseroan telah menyusun suatu panduan kode etik yang memuat etika kerja dan etika bisnis, untuk
 dijadikan standar perilaku bagi setiap individu di dalam Perseroan. Kode Etik ini juga berlaku inklusif bagi
 anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi Perseroan, tanpa terkecuali. Kode Etik ini berfungsi memastikan
 seluruh jajaran Perseroan memenuhi peraturan perusahaan yang berlaku dan juga semua peraturan
 eksternal lainnya yang terkait dengan bisnis Perseroan.

 Pembuatan dan implementasi Kode Etik telah berjalan sesuai dengan praktik tata kelola perusahaan yang
 baik. Perseroan berharap dengan keberadaan Kode Etik ini, Perseroan dapat menghadirkan manfaat yang
 lebih besar bagi pemegang saham dan pemangku kepentingan, serta menjamin pertumbuhan bisnis
 Perseroan dalam jangka panjang.

Sebagai bagian dari penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (GCG), Perseroan menetapkan kebijakan
pencegahan insider trading. Melalui kebijakan ini, Perseroan melarang setiap pihak yang memiliki atau
mengetahui informasi material yang belum dipublikasikan untuk terlibat dalam perdagangan saham dan
surat berharga lain yang dimiliki oleh Perseroan dan/atau perusahaan lain yang memiliki hubungan bisnis
dengan Perseroan.

Kebijakan ini bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik kepentingan serta mengatur aktivitas
perdagangan saham atau surat berharga Perseroan oleh pihak-pihak yang memiliki hubungan khusus
dengan Perseroan, agar tidak memanfaatkan informasi material yang belum dipublikasikan untuk
kepentingan pribadi maupun pihak lain.

Dewan Komisaris, Direksi dan seluruh karyawan berkomitmen untuk senantiasa menjunjung tinggi Pakta
Integritas Perseroan serta menerapkan berbagai kebijakan strategis secara konsisten guna mendukung

  in its business activities. These include providing environmentally friendly advertising services, reducing
  paper usage, improving electricity efficiency through energy-saving lighting and electronic devices, limiting
  business travel and replacing it with remote communication or teleconferencing, as well as implementing a

The Company efforts to reduce GHG emissions in 2025 were initiated through the management and monitoring
of both direct and indirect emissions generated. In 2025, we began tracking emission outputs by calculating
Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions produced by the Company. This marks a concrete initial step in the Company
commitment to achieving its Net Zero Emission target in the future.

  4. On 17 April 2025, the Company provided financial assistance in the social sector in the form of a donation
  for the Easter event at Gereja Santo Matias Rasul Keuskupan Agung.
  5. On 24 April 2025, the Company conducted a Corporate Visit Overview for SMK Tarsisius Vireta.

  The Company implements a clear separation of roles and functions between the Board of Directors and the
  Board of Commissioners as part of its commitment to Good Corporate Governance. The Board of Directors
  is responsible for the day to day management and operations of the Company, while the Board of
  Commissioners performs supervisory functions and provides strategic advice without being involved in
  operational management. The Company also ensures that no dual positions exist between members of the
  Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners in order to maintain independence in decision making.
  In implementing good governance practices, the working relationship between the Board of Directors and
  the Board of Commissioners is conducted transparently through regular information disclosure and
  coordination meetings held at least once every three months. All members of the Board of Directors and the
  Board of Commissioners are required to perform their duties professionally, avoid conflicts of interest, and
  ensure that any strategic decisions involving potential conflicts are reported and reviewed transparently.

 The performance of the Board of Commissioners is evaluated by the shareholders at the General Meeting of
 Shareholders, as the highest governing body in the Company corporate governance structure. The
 evaluation components include the attendance of each member at meetings of the Board of Commissioners
 and joint meetings with the Board of Directors; the provision of guidance to the Board of Directors and
 supervision of the Directors performance; as well as the implementation of duties as stipulated in the Board
 of Commissioners Charter.
 The performance evaluation of the Board of Directors is carried out by the shareholders during GMS, as the
 highest authority in the governance structure. The evaluation components are based on the number of
 attendance of each member of the Board of Directors Meeting and joint meetings with the Board of
 Commissioners; implementation of directives from the Board of Commissioners; and implementations of
 duties as stipulated in the Board of Directors Charter.

 all levels of the company comply with applicable company regulations and also all other external regulations
 related to the company business.
