Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 1219 Dengan hormat, Dalam rangka memenuhi Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Jakarta No. Kep-00066/BEI/09- 2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang kewajiban penyampaian informasi khususnya pada butir 1!I.3.6. mengenai kewajiban Paparan Publik atau Public Expose yang menjelaskan bahwa Dalam hal Perusahaan Tercatat telah menyampaikan informasi materi Public Expose sebagaimana dalam ketentuan buitr 1!l.3.3.2. bersamaan dengan penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Auditan tahunan sesuai dengan ketentuan III.1.1.6., maka Perusahaan Tercatat dianggap telah memenuhi kewajiban Public Expose tahunan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ketentuan I!I.3.1. Peraturan ini. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut diatas maka berikut kami sampaikan materi Public Expose Tahunan Tahun 2024, PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk yang disampaikan bersamaan dengan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Perseroan untuk Tahun Buku 2023 (yang telah diaudit) yang disampaikan melalui Surat nomor 031/PERSADA/DIR.ET/!!!.24 tanggal 27 Maret 2024 perihal Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Tahun Buku 2023 (yang telah diaudit), PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (“Perseroan”). Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 With due respect, In order to comply with the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Jakarta No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022 regarding the Amendment to Regulation Number I-E regarding the obligation to submit information, especially in paragraph III.3.6. regarding the obligation of Public Expose which explains that in the event that the Listed Company has submitted information on the Public Expose material as in the provisions of paragraph I!.3.3.2. together with the submission of the Annual Audited Financial Statements in accordance with provision III.1.1.6., then the Listed Company is deemed to have fulfilled the Annual Public Expose obligation as referred to in provision III.3.1. Therefore, herewith we submit the following material for the Annual Public Expose Year 2024, PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk which is submitted together with the Company's Annual Financial Statements for the Financial Year of 2023 (audited) through Letter number 031/PERSADA/DIR.ET/!!I.24 dated 27 March 2024 regarding Submission of Audited Annual Financial Statements for the Fina ncial Year of 2023, PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (“The Company”).
