        (RUPO) of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk.
     2. Letter of the Company No. 320/SP-VIII/2026 dated 11 August 2026 concerning the Implementation
        of the General Meeting of Bondholders of Adhi Karya Shelf Registration Bond IV Phase I of 2024.
     3. Letter of PT the Company No. 014-19/2026/010 dated August 21, 2026, regarding Information on
        the Availability of Funds for the Payment of Interest Due on Shelf-Registered Bonds III Phase III
        Year 2022 Series B and C.
     4. Letter of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) No. KSEI-6083/DIR/0826 dated
        August 21, 2026, regarding the Postponement of the 17th Interest Payment on Adhi Karya Shelf-
        Registered Bonds III Phase III Year 2022 Series B-C (ADHI03BCN3 & ADHI03CCN3).

     The Company has obtained approval to postpone interest payments on the Adhi Karya Shelf
     Registration Bond IV Phase I of 2024 (ADHI04CN1) at the General Meeting of Bondholders (RUPO)
     held on August 6, 2026. Thus, the interest payment schedule is as follows:
