Procedures for the Implementation of the Share Ownership
Program, we hereby submit the disclosure of information
concerning the implementation of the Companys MESOP I as
follows:
Exercise Period: 30 exchange days since April 1st, 2024 - May
27th, 2024.
Pre-determined Exercise Price: Rp783,- per shares
Total Options Converted during this Exercise Period: The
maximum options that can be converted during this exercise
period is 5.022.397.437 shares. Any unconverted options at
