Merujuk pada Pasal 43A Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 14/POJK.04/2019
tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 32/POJK.04/2015
tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan
Efek Terlebih Dahulu (“POJK No. 14/2019”), dengan ini diumumkan bahwa Perseroan
akan melaksanakan Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu
(PMTHMETD) dalam rangka pelaksanaan Program Kepemilikan Saham Manajemen
dan Karyawan (Management and Employee Stock Option Program/ “MESOP”) I. Periode
pelaksanaan MESOP I akan dimulai pada tanggal 1 April 2024 sampai dengan tanggal 27
Mei 2024 ("Periode Pelaksanaan”), dengan uraian sebagai berikut:

     Jumlah saham             sebanyak-banyaknya 5.022.397.437 saham baru
   Harga pelaksanaan                       Rp783,- per saham
  yang telah ditentukan
      sebelumnya

Hak opsi yang belum dikonversi pada akhir Periode Pelaksanaan ini, dapat dikonversi
pada jadwal periode pelaksanaan berikutnya.

Demikian pengumuman ini disampaikan dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan POJK
No. 14/2019.

Referring to Article 43A of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Amendments to the Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Capital Increases in Public Companies
with Pre-emptive Rights (“POJK No. 14 /2019"), it is hereby announced that the
Company will implement Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights (PMTHMETD)
for the purpose of exercising the Company’s Management and Employee StockOption
Program (“MESOP”) I. The exercise period will commence on April 1st, 2024 until May
27th, 2024 ("Exercise Period”), with the following details:

      Total Shares                 Maximum of 5.022.397.437 new shares
 Pre-determined Exercise                  Rp783,- per shares
          Price

Any unconverted options at the end of this Exercise Period can be exercised in the
subsequent exercise periods.

This announcement is submitted to comply with the provisions of POJK No. 14/2019.
