Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa pada tanggal 26 Maret 2024, PT Micha Teknologi
Indonesia Bersatu berkedudukan di Kabupaten Tangerang
(MTIB), entitas anak Perseroan telah menandatangani akta
peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor menjadi sebagai
berikut:
Modal ditempatkan dan Modal Disetor
Semula Rp1.250.000.000,-
Menjadi Rp3.250.000.000,-
Adapun peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor MTIB
tersebut sejumlah Rp2.000.000.000,- telah diambil bagian
serta disetor penuh seluruhnya oleh Perseroan. Dana yang
diperoleh MTIB akan digunakan untuk modal kerja MTIB.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak kejadian informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

Description of Material Information or On March 26 2024, PT Micha Teknologi Indonesia Bersatu
Facts domiciled at Tangerang Regency (MTIB), subsidiary of the
Company has signed the deed of increasing issued and paid
up capital, as follows:
Issued and paid up capital:
Initially : Rp1.250.000.000,-
Become : Rp3.250.000.000,-
The increase of MTIB issued and paid up capital by an amount
of Rp2.000.000.000,- is due to the subscription of additional
share capital which has been paid fully paid by the Company.
The funds obtained by MTIB will be used for MTIB's working
capital.
