Description of Material On March 26 2024, PT Micha Teknologi Indonesia Bersatu domiciled at
Information or Fact Tangerang Regency (“MTIB”), subsidiary of the Company has signed the
deed of increasing issued and paid up capital, as follows:

Issued and paid up capital:
- Initially : Rp1.250.000.000,-
-. Become : Rp3.250.000.000,-

The increase of MTIB issued and paid up capital by an amount of
Rp2.000.000.000,- is due to the subscription of additional share capital
which has been paid fully paid by the Company. The funds obtained by
MTIB will be used for MTIB's working capital.

Hence, the composition of shareholders of MTIB subseguent to the
increase is as follow:

Other information

Transaksi ini bukan merupakan Transaksi Material sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam POJK No. 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material
dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha dan merupakan Transaksi Afiliasi
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020 tentang
Transaksi Afiliasi dan Benturan Kepentingan, namun Perseroan tidak
wajib melakukan prosedur sebagaimana dimaksud Pasal 3 serta tidak
wajib memenuhi ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud Pasal 4 ayat (1)
mengingat transaksi dilakukan antara Perseroan dengan entitas anak
yang sahamnya dimiliki paling sedikit 9996.

This transaction is not a Material Transaction as intended in POJK No.
17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions and Changes in
Business Activities and is an Affiliate Transaction as referred to in POJK
No. 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliate Transactions and Conflicts of
Interest, however the Company is not obliged to carry out the procedures
as intended in Article 3 and is not obliged to fulfill the provisions as
intended in Article 4 paragraph (1) considering that the transaction is
carried out between the Company and a subsidiary whose shares are
owned at least 9996
