Klarifikasi atas kebenaran berita tersebut a. Klarifikasi kebenaran pemberitaan sehubungan dengan pernyataan ' Sekretaris Perusahaan mengenai target perolehan dana atas divestasi aset Perseroan sebesar Rp3 triliun. Penjelasan: Pada tahun 2024, Perseroan telah menargetkan divestasi senilai Rp 3 Triliun, yang saat ini prosesnya masih berjalan. Informasi terhadap target divestasi tersebut, telah disampaikan pada sesi konferensi pers setelah RUPS Luar Biasa Tahun 2023 yang diselenggarakan pada 13 Desember 2023 dan pada sesi tanya jawab dengan partisipan Public Expose Tahun 2023 yang diselenggarakan pada 20 Desember 2023. Information on the divestment target was conveyed at the press conference session after the Extraordinary GMS held on December 13'", 2028 and at the guestion and answer session with participants of the Public Expose held on December 201", 2023. b. Klarifikasi kebenaran pemberitaan bahwa target perolehan dana berasal dari divestasi beberapa proyek anak usaha dan induk termasuk sektor energi, jalan tol dan properti. Penjelasan: Perseroan menargetkan portofolio yang akan didivestasi berasal dari beberapa sektor investasi. Adapun sektor portofolio yang menjadi target divestasi diantaranya, sektor energi, infrastruktur jalan tol dan properti. Explanation The company has targeted the portfolio to be divested from several investment sectors. The portfolio sectors targeted for divestment include the energy sector, toll road infrastructure and property. c. Dampak material atas rencana tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan dan entitas anak. Penjelasan: Terhadap proses divestasi yang masih berjalan, Perseroan telah mengukur dampak material dimaksud yakni penggunaan hasil divestasi yang akan ditujukan untuk perkuatan keuangan Perseroan secara konsolidasi (Perseroan dan anak). Explanation: Regarding the ongoing divestment process, the Company has measured the material impact, including the use of divestment proceeds which will be aimed at strengthening the Company's finance on a consolidated basis (Company and subsidiaries). d. Explanation: The Company will provide a full explanation regarding the plan, through: information disclosure that will be submitted to the public in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 2. Informasi/ kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan. Penjelasan: Sampai dengan saat ini belum ada informasi/kejadian penting lainnya yang material selain yang telah Perseroan sampaikan ke Bursa, Perseroan akan melaksanakan keterbukaan informasi sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku Explanation: Until now, there has been no other material information/important events other than what the Company has conveyed to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
