9 buanafinance Pasal 11 POJK No.17 karena merupakan transaksi pinjaman yang diterima secara langsung dari bank / The execution of the Facility Agreement constitutes a Material Transaction under POJK No. 17, where the borrowing amount of the facility exceeds 208 of the Company's eguity based on Interim Financial Statement as of June 30, 2023 audited by KAP Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Retno, Palilingan & Rekan. However, the Company is not reguired to use an Appraiser and obtain General Meeting Shareholders (GMS) approval as referred to in Article 11 of POJK No. 17 because it is a loan transaction received directly from bank.
