Dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa pada hari Jumat, 22 Maret 2024, PT Buana Finance Tbk (“Perseroan”) telah
menandatangani Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit dengan PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk, sehubungan dengan pemberian fasilitas

term loan kepada Perseroan sebesar Rp300 miliar dengan tenor 48 bulan/ -

We hereby inform you that PT Buana Finance Tbk (“the Company”) has signed Credit Facility Agreement with
PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk on Friday, March 22, 2024, which is provision of term loan facility in amount of Rp300 billion

with tenor 48 months for the Company.

Fasilitas pinjaman tersebut akan digunakan untuk keperluan modal kerja Perseroan yaitu pemberian kredit
Consumer Finance dan Financial Lease. Fasilitas ini dijamin dengan piutang Perseroan / Credit facility will be used for -
the Company's working Capital purposes, namely offering Consumer Finance and Financial Lease. These facilities

secured by the Company receivables.
