memberhentikan sementara Sdr. Cahyo Prabowo selaku
Direktur Perseroan efektif terhitung sejak tanggal 25 Maret
2024. Terkait dengn pemberhentian sementara anggota
direksi tersebut akan diputuskan lebih lanjut dalam Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang waktunya akan
kami sampaikan lebih lanjut untuk mencabut dan menguatan
keputusan sementara tersebut.

reffering to the Decree of the Board of Commisioners of PT
Dua Putra Utama Makmur Tbk Number 003/DPUM-DK/III/2024
dated March 25, 2024, PT Dua Putra Utama Makmur Tbk
("Company") hereby informs that the Board of Commisioners
has temporarily dismissed Mr. Cahyo Prabowo as Director
Company effective from March 25, 2024. Regarding the
temporary dismissal of the members of the Company's
General Meeting of Shareholders, at which time we will provide
further information to revoke and strengthen the decision on
the temporary dismissal.
