 facts towards Issuers or Public               With the entry of PT Insani Baraperkasa into the shareholders
 Company’s operational activities, legal,      of PT Barhind, PT Insani Baraperkasa becomes the owner of

                                               the downstream side, namely the stockpiling and shipment of
                                               coal without any interruption or delay in shipment.
                                               Implication on legal aspect
                                               In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Relations
                                               of the Republic of Indonesia No. PM 52 of 2021 concerning
                                               Terminals and Special Terminals for Own Interest, the legal
                                               implication of the transaction of the sale of shares of PT
                                               Barhind, PT Insani Baraperkasa is obliged to submit a report to
                                               the Director General of Maritime Relations regarding the
                                               shares transfer no later than 3 (three) months after the transfer
                                               was made. Furthermore, PT Insani Baraperkasa is obliged to
                                               renew or adjust the TUKS license and all the relevant permits.
                                               Implication on financial conditions
                                               There is no impact to the current financial situations in relation
                                               to this transaction.


Other Information

The above transaction does not have material value and is not an affiliate transaction as the shares purchase is
performed at third party and does not contain any conflict of interest since the shares purchase is determined at the
shares nominal price and the transaction that support main business activities
