tanggal 7 Desember 2023 yang telah
menyetujui:

i- Rencana Penambahan Modal dengan
Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek
Terlebih Dahulu II ("PMHMETD II”)
dengan total saham yang akan

diterbitkan dalam rangka PMHMETD II
sebanyak-banyaknya sebesar
3.095.000.000 lembar saham dengan
nilai nominal sebesar Rp20 per saham,
dengan memperhatikan — peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku:

Ii. Perubahan Pasal 4 ayat (2) Anggaran
Dasar Perseroan sehubungan dengan
penambahan modal ditempatkan dan
disetor Perseroan yang merupakan hasil
dari pelaksanaan PMHMETD II:

ii. a) — Menyetujui pemberian
kewenangan kepada Dewan
Komisaris Perseroan atas
pelaksanaan PHMETD II.

b) Menyetujui pemberian kuasa
kepada Direksi Perseroan untuk
melakukan Tindakan yang
berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan
PMHMETD II.

emptive Rights II ("PMHMETD 11") with the
total number of shares to be issued in the
context of PMHMETD II is at maximum
amount of 3.095.000.000 shares with a
nominal value of IDR20 per share, by
taking into account the prevailing laws and
regulations,

ii. The amendment to Article 4 paragraph (2)
of the Articles of Association of the
Company in relation to the increase in the
issued and paid-up capital of the Company
resulting from the implementation of the
PMHMETD II.

dan dicatat oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi
Manusia Republik Indonesia dengan Surat Nomor
AHU-AH.01.03-0069408 tanggal 21 Maret 2024,
sebagaimana terlampir pada Surat ini, dengan
perubahan Peningkatan Modal
