Emisi Gas Rumah Kaca Perseroan berasal dari emisi langsung Cakupan 1 yang bersumber dari
penggunaan BBM, LPG, serta refrigeran, serta emisi tidak langsung Cakupan 2 yang berasal dari konsumsi
listrik. Dalam mendukung target Net Zero Emission 2060 yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah, Perseroan
melakukan pemantauan terhadap sumber emisi GRK secara bertahap sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan skala
operasional Perseroan.

Penjelasan:
Emisi Gas Rumah Kaca Perseroan berasal dari emisi langsung Cakupan 1 yang bersumber dari penggunaan
BBM, LPG, serta refrigeran, serta emisi tidak langsung Cakupan 2 yang berasal dari konsumsi listrik. Dalam
mendukung target Net Zero Emission 2060 yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah, Perseroan melakukan
pemantauan terhadap sumber emisi GRK secara bertahap sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan skala operasional
Perseroan.

Perseroan berkomitmen untuk melaksanakan pengelolaan ketenagakerjaan secara bertanggung jawab.
Komitmen tersebut diwujudkan melalui kepatuhan terhadap seluruh ketentuan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku serta penerapan prinsip penghormatan terhadap Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) di

Perseroan menjunjung tinggi prinsip kesetaraan kesempatan kerja serta menolak segala bentuk kerja paksa
dan pekerja anak. Komitmen ini merupakan bagian dari upaya Perseroan dalam membangun lingkungan
kerja yang etis, kondusif, dan menghormati Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM), sekaligus berkontribusi terhadap
pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan, khususnya terkait kesetaraan gender.
Dalam proses rekrutmen, Perseroan menerapkan prinsip kesetaraan tanpa membedakan suku, agama,
ras, dan antargolongan (SARA) maupun gender, dengan mengedepankan kompetensi dan kualifikasi
sebagai dasar utama penilaian. Prinsip kesetaraan tersebut juga tercermin dalam pemberian fasilitas kerja,
kesempatan pengembangan karier, serta manfaat dan benefit kepada karyawan sesuai dengan bidang
tugas dan jenjang jabatan masing-masing.
Perseroan menjalankan kegiatan operasional sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan
ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku di Indonesia, termasuk pengaturan mengenai usia kerja, sistem pengupahan,

jam kerja, serta pemberian manfaat kepada karyawan. Seluruh ketentuan tersebut disepakati secara
bersama antara Perseroan dan karyawan.
Sebagai bentuk nyata dari komitmen tersebut, hingga akhir tahun 2025 tidak terdapat kasus maupun sanksi
yang berkaitan dengan pelanggaran kesetaraan kesempatan kerja maupun praktik kerja paksa.
Berdasarkan data tahun 2025, komposisi karyawan Perseroan terdiri dari 2 (dua) orang karyawan lakilaki
dengan bauran gender laki-laki dan perempuan untuk level Direksi. (Laporan Keberlanjutan, hal 19)

Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) merupakan salah satu prioritas utama Perseroan. Perseroan

melalui penerapan standar K3 yang mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Nomor 5 Tahun

Masyarakat merupakan pemangku kepentingan penting bagi Perseroan, meskipun tidak terlibat langsung

keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Komitmen Perseroan untuk tumbuh bersama masyarakat tercermin dalam pelaksanaan program CSR yang
didasarkan pada tujuan-tujuan SDGs. Program ini bertujuan untuk mendorong kemajuan dan meningkatkan
kesejahteraan sesuai dengan target Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Di tahun 2025, Perseroan
menjalankan program CSR yaitu:
1. Kegiatan donor darah yang diselenggarakan Perseroan sebanyak 2 (dua) kali yaitu pada 4 Februari 2025
dan 24 Juli 2025 bertempat di Gedung Menara Matahari.
2. Sponsorship pendidikan untuk 2 (dua) orang anak melalui Program Lentera Bagi Bangsa.

diterima oleh RUPS atau pernah tidak memberikan pertanggungjawaban sebagai anggota Direksi dan/atau
anggota Dewan Komisaris kepada RUPS; dan
iii) Pernah menyebabkanaperusahaan yang memiliki izin, persetujuan, atau pendaftaran dari Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan tidak memenuhi kewajiban untuk memberikan laporan tahunan dan/atau laporan keuangan
kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.

Struktur tata kelola Perseroan terdiri dari tiga organ utama yang diatur berdasarkan Undang-Undang No.
40Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas dan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan, yaitu RUPS, Dewan Komisaris,
dan Direksi. RUPS sebagai organ tertinggi memiliki kewenangan untuk memutuskan kebijakan strategis dan
arah Perseroan, sementara Dewan Komisaris bertugas mengawasi dan memberikan arahan strategis
kepada Direksi. Direksi bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan operasional sehari-hari Perseroan, sesuai
dengan kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh RUPS dan diawasi oleh Dewan Komisaris. Pemisahan yang jelas
antara fungsi pengawasan dan pengambilan keputusan ini memastikan keseimbangan yang baik dalam
pengelolaan perusahaan dan meminimalisir potensi konflik kepentingan, selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip

and child labor. This commitment is part of the Company's efforts to build an ethical, conducive, and human
rights-respecting work environment, while also contributing to the achievement of sustainable development
goals, particularly those related to gender equality.
In the recruitment process, the Company applies the principle of equality without discrimination based on
ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup relations (SARA) or gender, prioritizing competence and
qualifications as the primary basis for assessment. This principle of equality is also reflected in the provision
of work facilities, career development opportunities, and benefits to employees according to their respective
fields of work and job levels.
The Company conducts its operations in accordance with applicable Indonesian labor laws and regulations,
including regulations regarding working age, wage systems, working hours, and employee benefits. All of

these provisions are mutually agreed upon by the Company and employees.
As a concrete manifestation of this commitment, by the end of 2025, there were no cases or sanctions
related to violations of equal employment opportunities or forced labor practices. Based on 2025 data, the
Company's employee composition consisted of two male employees, with a gender mix of men and women
