material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Bank Shinhan dengan tujuan melakukan refinancing dari Bank
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, BNI, IJE mendapatkan pengaruh positif yaitu bunga yang lebih
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau rendah dan tidak memberatkan keuangan IJE dan tentunya
Perusahaan Publik hal ini berpengaruh baik pada kinerja keuangan Perseroan
secara konsolidasi.
