karyawan. Penyediaan fasilitas kesehatan dan keamanan kerja merupakan wujud nyata keseriusan

Perseroan memberikan jaminan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja kepada seluruh karyawan. Selain itu,
Perseroan juga menyediakan berbagai fasilitas penunjang yang memadai, antara lain musholla, loker, toilet,
area parkir, dan ruang makan. Dalam aspek perlindungan sosial, karyawan telah diikutsertakan dalam
program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan.
Bagi karyawan yang bekerja di lapangan, seperti pada Divisi Engineering, Perseroan memberikan pelatihan
serta sertifikasi Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3). Upaya ini dilakukan sebagai langkah preventif
untuk meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan kerja serta meningkatkan kesadaran dan kompetensi karyawan
dalam menjalankan tugasnya.

terhadap komunitas atau organisasi nirlaba terdaftar?
Pada tahun 2025, Perseroan melaksanakan kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL)
melalui program pembagian paket sembako kepada anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Melati yang
berlokasi di sekitar area operasional Perseroan. Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian sosial
Perseroan terhadap masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar.
Selain itu, dalam pelaksanaan TJSL, Perseroan juga berpartisipasi aktif dengan menyediakan konsumsi
yang diproduksi oleh unit restoran Perseroan bagi petugas lalu lintas yang bertugas menjaga kelancaran
dan keamanan jalan di sekitar area operasional serta di wilayah Kota Kudus. Kegiatan ini terutama
dilakukan pada periode hari besar, seperti Idulfitri, Natal, dan Tahun Baru, seiring dengan meningkatnya
aktivitas lalu lintas pada waktu tersebut.
Kedepannya Perseroan berharap dapat melakukan aktivitas CSR dalam bentuk kegiatan bakti sosial atau
kegiatan lain yang lebih berdampak untuk masyarakat sekitar.

The Company is committed to creating a safe, healthy, and decent work environment for all employees. The
provision of occupational health and safety facilities is a tangible manifestation of the Company's
seriousness in supporting the creation of a comfortable and productive work environment.
The Company provides occupational health and safety insurance to all employees. In addition, the Company
also provides various adequate supporting facilities, including prayer rooms, lockers, toilets, parking areas,
and dining rooms. In the aspect of social protection, employees have been included in the BPJS
Employment and BPJS Kesehatan programs.
For employees who work in the field, such as in the Engineering Division, the Company provides training
and certification in Occupational Health and Safety (K3). This effort is carried out as a preventive measure to
minimize the risk of work accidents and increase employee awareness and competence in carrying out their
duties.

In 2025, the Company will carry out Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) activities through a
program to distribute basic food packages to children at the Yayasan Melati Orphanage located around the
Company's operational area. This activity is a form of the Company's social concern for the community in
the surrounding environment.
In addition, in the implementation of CSR, the Company also actively participates by providing consumption
produced by the Company's restaurant unit for traffic officers who are tasked with maintaining the smooth
and safe roads around the operational area and in the Kota Kudus area. This activity is mainly carried out
during the period of holidays, such as Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, and New Year, along with the increase in traffic
activity at that
