In compliance with Indonesian Financial Service Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) (“OJK”)
Article 10 Paragraph (1) Regulation No: 35 /POJK.04/2014 (“POJK 15/2014”) concerning
Corporate Secretary of the Issuer or Public Company, regarding the obligation for Issuer or Public
Company to convey to OJK about Corporate Secretary Dismissal and Appointment. We hereby
convey about the Dismissal Corporate Secretary and Appointment of Interim Corporate Secretary
of Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (“Perseroan”), as follow:
Former Corporate Secretary : Ms. Anetta Hasan
Interim Corporate Secretary : Mr. R. Achmad Faisal
In accordance with the provision of the Article 4 Paragraph (2) POJK 15/2014, This temporary
appointment purpose is to fill the vacancy of Corporate Secretary position. This decision is valid
from March 18, 2024 until the further decision from Perseroan.
