Sebagai wujud komitmen berkelanjutan terhadap transisi energi bersih, PT. Eratex Djaja, Tbk secara
konsisten melanjutkan eliminasi penggunaan batu bara dalam operasional. Pada tahun pelaporan,
Perseroan telah sepenuhnya beralih ke Boiler Gas, sehingga tidak lagi bergantung pada boiler berbahan
bakar batu bara di masa mendatang. Sebagai langkah mitigasi dan cadangan operasional, boiler lama
kini menggunakan biomassa PKS bersertifikat RSPO yang bersumber secara berkelanjutan dan bebas
deforestasi.
Dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi energi dan menurunkan emisi tidak langsung (Scope 2), Perseroan
telah memasang panel surya dengan kapasitas terpasang sebesar 1.377 kWp (1.210 kVA) yang saat ini
telah mencakup sekitar 35% dari total beban listrik fasilitas, dengan pasokan listrik dari PLN sebesar
3.465 kVA. Implementasi energi terbarukan ini telah berkontribusi langsung terhadap penurunan
konsumsi listrik dari jaringan konvensional dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Perseroan juga telah
menyusun rencana ekspansi energi surya pada tahun 2026 dengan penambahan kapasitas 657 kWp,
sehingga total kontribusi energi terbarukan ditargetkan mencapai 50% dari total kebutuhan listrik.
