Tanggapan:

Sampai dengan penjelasan ini disampaikan, Perseroan tidak mengetahui
adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang
Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham
Perusahaan Terbuka.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi
yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa dalam
waktu dekat (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Tanggapan:

Perseroan sampai dengan saat belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
tindakan korporasi yang mana akan mengakibatkan perubahan terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa untuk waktu 3 (tiga) bulan mendatang.

6. Rencana pengendali dan/atau pemegang saham utama terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate
Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pengendali dan/atau
pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Tanggapan:

Pemegang Saham Utama/Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan
melakukan pembelian saham Perseroan dengan tujuan sebagai investasi
pribadi, sebagaimana telah dilaporkan pada Keterbukaan Informasi
Perseroan selama ini.

Regarding the Volatility of Securities Transactions

Dear Mrs,

In response to the Indonesia Stock Exchange's Letter No. S-04703/BEI.
PP1/04-2026 dated April 29, 2026, regarding the Reguest for Explanation on
Securities Transaction Volatility, the Company hereby provides an explanation
regarding the increase in trading activity and the share price of PT Indonesian
Tobacco Tbk (ITIC) that occurred on April 28, 2026, as follows:

Trading activity increased to 11,225,800 shares with a freguency of 2,684
trades, compared to the previous trading day's volume of 579,100 shares
with a freguency of 155 trades:

The stock price closed up by Rp24 or 9.696, from the previous closing price
of Rp250 to Rp274.

In connection with this, the Company provides the following response and
explanation:

Response:

As of the date of this statement, the Company is not aware of any activities
by specific shareholders as regulated in Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 Regarding Reports on Share Ownership
or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies.

Does the Company have any plans to conduct corporate actions that will
result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange in the
near future (at least within the next 3 months)?

Response:

As of now, the Company has no plans to undertake any corporate actions
that would result in a change to the listing of the Company's shares on the
Stock Exchange over the next 3 (three) months.

Plans of the controller and/or major shareholders related to their share
ownership in the Company. In this regard, please let the Corporate
Secretary inguire in advance to the controller and/or major shareholder in
answering the confirmation.

Response:

The Company's Major Shareholders/Controlling Shareholders purchased
the Company's shares for personal investment purposes, as previously
disclosed in the Company's public disclosures.
