Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan jumlah kendaraan bermotor karyawan
dan kendaraan dinas Perseroan yang terus mengalami
peningkatan sehingga kurangnya lokasi parkiran yang
memadai, maka Perseroan memutuskan untuk pembangunan
gedung parkir sebanyak 6 lantai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan
parkir kendaraan bermotor karyawan dan kendaran dinas
Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kegiatan operasional :
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Kegiatan operasional Perseroan tidak terpengaruh dan tetap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, akan berjalan normal. Melainkan dengan tersedianya parkiran
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kendaraan yang memadai, aman dan terjaga, maka akan
Perusahaan Publik menciptakan kenyamanan pada karyawan dan juga Perseroan
serta masyarakat sekitar Perseroan.
Hukum :
Tidak terdapat dampak hukum.
Kondisi keuangan :
Taksiran biaya pembangunan gedung parkir 6 lantai senilai Rp
100.000.000.000,-(Seratus miliar Rupiah) bersumber dari kas
internal Perseroan, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap perputaran arus kas Perseroan.
Kelangsungan usaha :
Kelangsungan usaha Perseroan akan tetap terjaga.

shortage of adequate parking locations, the Company has
decided to build a 6-story parking building to meet the parking
inquiry for vehicles of employees and vehicles of the
Company.

Company’s operational activities, legal, will continue to run normally. Meanwhile by providing
financial condition, or going concern adequate, safe and secure parking area will create comfort not
only for employees and the Company, but also the community
around the Company.
Law :
There are no legal impacts.
Financial Condition :
The estimated cost of builsing of 6 story building is IDR
100.000.000 (one hundred billion Rupiah) which sourced from
the Company's internal cash, but it does not have a significant
impact on cash flow of the Company.
Business continuity :
The business of the Company continuity will be maintained.
