Maret 2024 rencana akan dimulai pembangunan tapak. 2 Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Pembangunan gedung parkir 6 lantai untuk parkir kendaraan bermotor karyawan dan kendaraan dinas Perseroan. 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan jumlah kendaraan bermotor karyawan ") dan kendaraan dinas Perseroan yang terus mengalami peningkatan sehingga kurangnya lokasi parkiran yang memadai, maka Perseroan memutuskan untuk pembangunan gedung parkir sebanyak 6 lantai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan parkir kendaraan bermotor karyawan dan kendaran dinas Perseroan. 4 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta | Kegiatan operasional : material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Kegiatan operasional Perseroan tidak terpengaruh dan operasional, hukum, kondisi tetap akan berjalan normal. Melainkan dengan tersedianya keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha parkiran kendaraan yang memadai, aman dan terjaga, Emiten atau Perusahaan publik maka akan menciptakan kenyamanan pada karyawan dan juga Perseroan serta masyarakat sekitar Perseroan. Hukum: Tidak terdapat dampak hukum. Kondisi keuangan : Taksiran biaya pembangunan gedung parkir 6 lantai senilai Rp 100.000.000.000,-(Seratus miliar Rupiah) bersumber dari kas internal Perseroan, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perputaran arus kas Perseroan.
