In connection with the plan of PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya, Tbk ("Company") to hold an Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS") for the 2023 Fiscal Year as we previously conveyed
through our letter No. 05/C NMA-OJK/II/2024 dated 15 February 2024 regarding the Publication of
Announcement of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 of PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya
Tbk, in order to fulfill the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association and taking into account
the provisions of Indonesia Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020 dated April
20, 2020 regarding Planning And Organization Of General Meetings Of Shareholders By Publicly-
Traded Companies as wellas Indonesia Financial Services Authority Regulation no. 16/POJK.04/2020
dated 20 April 2020 regarding The Implementation Of Electronic General Meeting Of Shareholders By
Publicly-Traded Companies, we hereby submit the Invitation to the AGMS For Fiscal Year 2023 and
Proof of Invitation to the AGMS For Fiscal Year 2023 which has been published on the PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia website (“KSEI”), the PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”) website, and the
Company's website on March 8, 2024.
