Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada 29 April 2026, Modernland Overseas Pte. Ltd. (MLO),
anak perusahaan luar negeri yang secara langsung atau tidak
langsung dimiliki oleh Perseroan, memberitahukan kepada
pemegang Guaranteed Senior Notes due 30 April 2027 bahwa
MLO telah mengajukan permohonan kepada Pengadilan
Tinggi Singapura untuk memperoleh suatu perintah (order),
antara lain,agar selama jangka waktu 6 bulan sejak tanggal
permohonan tersebut (atau sampai terdapat perintah lebih
lanjut dari pengadilan), berlaku moratorium/penangguhan atas,
antara lain, tindakan hukum, gugatan, proses likuidasi,
penunjukan receiver/manager, eksekusi, serta tindakan
penegakan hak lainnya terhadap MLO.
Moratorium tersebut telah berlaku efektif selama 30 hari sejak
tanggal pengajuan tersebut di atas, atau sampai dengan
tanggal diputusnya permohonan pengajuan tersebut oleh
Pengadilan Tinggi Singapura, mana yang lebih dahulu terjadi.
Perseroan akan menyampaikan perkembangan material lebih
lanjut sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan tanggal keterbukaan informasi ini, Perseroan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan belum melihat adanya dampak material terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan maupun kelangsungan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau usaha Perseroan, selain sebagaimana diungkapkan dalam
Perusahaan Publik keterbukaan informasi ini.

Description of Material Information or On 29 April 2026, Modernland Overseas Pte. Ltd. (MLO), an
Facts offshore subsidiary directly or indirectly owned by the
Company, informed to all holders of the Guaranteed Senior
Notes due 30 April 2027 that MLO submitted an application to
the High Court of Singapore to obtain an order, among other
things, a moratorium for a period of 6 months from the date of
such application (or until any further order of the court),
covering, among other things, legal actions, lawsuits, winding-
up proceedings, the appointment of a receiver/manager,
execution, and other enforcement of rights against MLO.
The moratorium has become effective for 30 days from the
date of such application, or until the application is decided by
the High Court of Singapore, whichever occurs earlier.
The Company will provide further material updates in
accordance with the applicable regulations.
Impact of event, material information or As of the date of this disclosure of information, the Company
facts towards Issuers or Public has not seen any material impact on its operational activities,
Company’s operational activities, legal, legal matters, financial condition, or business continuity, other
financial condition, or going concern than as disclosed herein.
