                                         agar selama jangka waktu 6 bulan sejak tanggal permohonan

3. Description of Material Information or On 29 April 2026, Modernland Overseas Pte. Ltd. (“MLO”), an
   Fact                                   offshore subsidiary directly or indirectly owned by the Company,
                                          informed to all holders of the Guaranteed Senior Notes due 30
                                          April 2027 that MLO submitted an application to the High Court

                                             of Singapore to obtain an order, among other things, a
                                             moratorium for a period of 6 months from the date of such
                                             application (or until any further order of the court), covering,
                                             among other things, legal actions, lawsuits, winding-up
                                             proceedings, the appointment of a receiver/manager, execution,
                                             and other enforcement of rights against MLO.

                                             The moratorium has become effective for 30 days from the date
                                             of such application, or until the application is decided by the High
                                             Court of Singapore, whichever occurs earlier.

                                             The Company will provide further material updates in
                                             accordance with the applicable regulations.

4. Implication of Event, Material            As of the date of this disclosure of information, the Company has
