2025 conceming Transparency and Publication of Bank Reports, OJK Regulation No. 22 of

Fitur baru dari BNidirect bisnis meliputi fitur Merchant Report yang membantu proses pengajuan sekaligus memberikan akses terhadap laporan transaksi ORIS, fitur SME Financing yang memberikan kemudahan bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengakses solusi pembiayaan, dan fitur Multi User yang memberikan fleksibilitas dalam mengatur akses dan kewenangan pengguna sekaligus menentukan alur persetujuan transaksi. Selain itu, wondr Merchant merupakan solusi baru untuk merchant dari Perseroan yang dirancang untuk menjawab kebutuhan digitalisasi merchant mulai dari registrasi merchant, pembukaan rekening, monitoring transaksi dan settlement dana, produk ini dapat memantau transaksi secara real time dan memperoleh notifikasi transaksi sehingga aktivitas pembayaran lebih 2

On August 21, 2026, the Company launched new features of BNidirect bisnis and wondr Merchant as digital solutions to strengthen the Company's commitment to providing increasingly integrated and structured services to support the needs of business owners. The new features of BNidirect bisnis such as the Merchant Report feature, which facilitates the application process while providing access to ARIS transaction reports: the SME Financing feature, which facilitates business owners in accessing financing solutions, and the Multi User feature, which provides flexibility in managing user access and authorities, as well as determining transaction approval workfiows. In addition, wondr Merchant is a new solution for merchants introduced by the Company, designed to address merchants' digitalization needs, covering merchant registration, account opening, transaction monitoring, and fund settlement. The product enables merchants to monitor transactions in real time and receive transaction notifications, thereby facilitating more efficient monitoring of payment activities. wondr Merchant also offers automatic settlement up to five (5) times a day, as well as a streamlined @RIS generation process.
