Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan meraih kinerja solid selama kuartal pertama 2026,
dengan pendapatan mencapai Rp2,4 triliun atau tumbuh
31,0% secara tahunan (year-on-year/YoY), sementara laba
bersih meningkat 35,5% YoY menjadi Rp306,5 miliar.
Perseroan juga membuka 56 toko baru selama periode yang
sama, sehingga total jumlah toko Perseroan mencapai 1.278
toko di seluruh Indonesia. Ekspansi ini membuktikan
kemampuan Perseroan dalam memperluas aksesibilitas serta
memperkuat skalabilitas proposisi Everyday Value di berbagai
kondisi pasar di Indonesia, di tengah dinamika makroekonomi.

Description of Material Information or The Company delivered solid performance in the first quarter
Facts of 2026, with revenue reaching IDR 2.4 trillion, growing 31.0%
year-on-year (YoY), while profit after tax increased by 35.5%
YoY to IDR 306.5 billion.
The Company also added 56 new stores during Q1 2026,
bringing its total store count to 1,278 stores nationwide. This
expansion reflects the continued ability of the Company to
expand its access and scale its Everyday Value proposition
across diverse markets in Indonesia amidst dynamic
macroeconomic conditions.
