4 Purchase or Sale Price per The transaction price is Rp. 2/- to Rp. 105/- per
Shares/ share. The shares are based on the exercise prices
Harga Pembelian atau stated in each share options agreement with
Penjualan Per Saham participants as mentioned in the GoTo’s IPO
Prospectus.
Harga transaksi adalah Rp. 2,- sampai Rp. 105,- per
saham. Harga tersebut merupakan harga pelaksanaan
yang diatur dalam setiap perjanjian opsi saham
dengan peserta sebagaimana telah disebutkan dalam
Prospektus IPO GoTo.
5 Transaction Date/ Transactions carried out through the negotiated
