Merujuk kepada peraturan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”) Nomor Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025
perihal Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi sebagaimana terlampir
dalam Keputusan Direksi BEI Nomor Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022)
(“Peraturan BEI”), maka Perseroan dengan ini bermaksud untuk menyampaikan informasi
sebagai berikut:/ Referring to the regulation of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) Number
Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 concerning Regulation Number I-E on Information Disclosure
Obligations as attached to the Decree of the Board of Directors of BEI Number Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022 (“IDX Regulations”), the Company hereby
intends to inform the following:
1. Laporan Keuangan Kuartal I Tahun 2026 Perseroan akan
dilakukan penelaahan terbatas oleh Akuntan Publik yang
ditunjuk oleh Perseroan/ The Company’s First Quarter 2026
Financial Statements will be subject to a limited review by the
Public Accountant appointed by the Company.
2. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan penelaahan terbatas oleh Akuntan
Publik atas Laporan Keuangan Kuartal I Tahun 2026 Perseroan
adalah sebagai bagian dari upaya Perseroan untuk menjaga
kualitas penyajian laporan keuangan serta mendukung

keterbukaan informasi yang baik kepada para pemangku kepentingan./ The purpose of
conducting the limited review by the Public Accountant of the Company’s First Quarter
2026 Financial Statements is as part of the Company’s efforts to maintain the quality of
its financial statement presentation and to support proper information disclosure to
stakeholders .
3. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut dan sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan BEI, Perseroan
akan menyampaikan hasil penelaahan terbatas Laporan Keuangan Kuartal I Tahun 2026
tersebut selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 31 Mei 2026/ In connection with the above and
in accordance with the IDX Regulations, the Company will submit the results of the limited
review of the First Quarter 2026 Financial Statements no later than 31 May 2026.

menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Interim tepat waktu sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
