Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan POJK 30/2017, Direksi
Perseroan mengumumkan Keterbukaan Informasi untuk
memberikan informasi kepada para Pemegang Saham
Perseroan bahwa Perseroan berencana untuk menjual
kembali 7.500.000 saham Perseroan hasil pembelian kembali
tanggal 2, 3 dan 6 Juli 2020 ("Saham Treasuri").
Perseroan merujuk pada:
1. Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan tanggal 8 April 2020
sehubungan dengan rencana Perseroan untuk melakukan
pembelian kembali saham Perseroan (buyback) sehubungan
kondisi lain sebagai kondisi pasar yang berfluktuasi signifikan,
dengan mengacu kepada POJK 2/2013 dan SEOJK 3/2020.
2. Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan tanggal 2, 3 dan 6 Juli
2020 tentang laporan pelaksanaan pembelian kembali saham.
Tanggal Saham yang dibeli kembali (saham)
2 Juli 2020 - 2.300.000
3 Juli 2020 - 2.400.000
6 Juli 2020 - 2.800.000
Total - 7.500.000
Sampai dengan tanggal Keterbukaan Informasi ini, Perseroan
memiliki 7.500.000 saham treasuri hasil dari pembelian saham
kembali tanggal 6 Juli 2020.
Penjualan kembali Saham Treasuri sebagaimana dimaksud
dalam butir di atas akan dilaksanakan dengan ketentuan
sebagai berikut:
Metode
Melalui penjualan baik di Bursa Efek Indonesia ("BEI") maupun
di luar BEI sesuai dengan ketentuan POJK 30/2017.
Harga
Harga penjualan tidak akan lebih rendah harga penutupan
perdagangan harian di Bursa Efek 1 (satu) hari sebelum
tanggal penjualan saham atau harga rata-rata dari harga
penutupan perdagangan harian di Bursa Efek selama 90
(sembilan puluh) hari terakhir sebelum tanggal penjualan,
mana yang lebih tinggi, atau sesuai dengan ketentuan lain
yang diatur dalam POJK 30/2017.
Jadwal Pelaksanaan
Penjualan akan dilaksanakan dalam periode 11 Mei 2026
sampai dengan 5 Juli 2026.
Perusahaan Sekuritas
Perseroan akan menunjuk perusahaan sekuritas yang
terdaftar sebagai Anggota Bursa untuk melaksanakan
transaksi penjualan saham treasuri tersebut.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pelaksanaan pelepasan saham treasuri ini tidak akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

Description of Material Information or In order to comply with the provisions of POJK 30/2017, the
Facts Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces this
Disclosure of Information to provide information to the
Shareholders of the Company that the Company plans to
transfer 7,500,000 of the Company's shares resulting from the
share buyback of July 2, 3 and 6, 2020 ("Treasury Shares").
The Company refers to:
1. The Disclosure of Information of the Company dated April 8,
2020, regarding the Company's plan to repurchase its shares
(buyback) due to other conditions, such as significantly
fluctuating market conditions, with reference to POJK 2/2013
and SEOJK 3/2020.
2. The Disclosure of Information of the Company dated July 2,
3 and 6, 2020, regarding the report on the implementation of
the share buyback.

As of the date of this Disclosure of Information, the Company
holds 7,500,000 treasury shares resulting from the share
buyback on July 6, 2020.
The resale of Treasury Shares as referred to in the point
above, shall be carried out with the following provisions:
Method
Will be sold on Indonesia Stock Exchange ("IDX") or off IDX in
accordance with the provision of POJK 30/2017.
Price
The selling price will not be lower than closing price of the daily
trade at the Stock Exchange 1 (one) day prior to the date of
the sale or average closing price for the daily trade at the
Stock Exchange for the last 90 (ninety) days prior to the date
of sale, whichever is higher, or in accordance with other
provisions stipulated under POJK 30/2017.
Execution Schedule
The sale will be conducted within the period from May 11,
2026 to July 5, 2026.
Securities Company
The Company will appoint a securities firm registered as an
Exchange Member to execute the treasury shares sale
transaction.
