Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) membukukan
lonjakan yang signifikan atas pendapatan di tahun 2023
sebesar Rp 2,1 triliun atau mengalami kenaikan sebesar 274%
dibandingkan dengan tahun 2022 untuk periode yang sama,
yaitu sebesar Rp 578 miliar. Rumah tapak masih menjadi
penopang utama usaha real estat PANI dimana tercatat
sebesar Rp1,4 triliun, kemudian disusul oleh penjualan kavling
komersial tercatat sebesar Rp566 miliar dan dari ruko/rukan
tercatat sebesar Rp105 miliar.
