mengenai perkembangan negosiasi sehubungan rencana
pengambilalihan saham PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk. (KDTN)
dengan PT Putrasakti Mandiri, PT Intan Perdana Sukses dan
Perseroan (bersama-sama disebut sebagai Para Penjual),
sesuai surat dari Ruby Mining Hongkong Limited selaku calon
pengendali baru KDTN (Pembeli/Calon Pengendali Baru),
dengan nomor surat 02/EXT/RM/IV/2026 tanggal 24 April
2026.
Calon Pengendali Baru telah mengumumkan perkembangan
negosiasi tersebut di atas melalui surat kabar Harian Terbit
pada tanggal 24 April 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi atau fakta material yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,

Description of Material Information or On April 24, 2026, the Company received information
Facts regarding the progress of negotiations regarding the proposed
acquisition of shares of PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk. ("KDTN")
from PT Putrasakti Mandiri, PT Intan Perdana Sukses, and the
Company (collectively referred to as the "Sellers"), pursuant to
a letter from Ruby Mining Hongkong Limited, the prospective
new controller of KDTN ("Buyer/Prospective New Controller"),
with letter number 02/EXT/RM/IV/2026 dated April 24, 2026.
The Prospective New Controller announced the progress of
the aforementioned negotiations in the Harian Terbit
newspaper on April 24, 2026.
