Penyelesaian atas Rencana Pengambilalihan akan tunduk pada pemenuhan prasyarat dan kondisi yang diatur Perjanjian Jual Beli Bersyarat tertanggal 22 April 2026, yang ditanda tangani oleh (i) PT Putrasakti Mandiri, PT Intan Perdana Sukses dan PT Cahayasatti Investindo Sukses Tbk, seluruhnya sebagai para penjual dan (ii) Ruby Mining Hongkong Limited sebagai pembeli. / The completion of the Proposed Acguisition shall be subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions precedent set forth in the Conditional Share Sale and Purchase Agreement dated
