The Company is unaware of any activities of certain shareholders as regulated in
Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning
Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Ownership of Public Company Shares.

Does the Company have plans to take corporate action shortly, including
corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the
Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)?

Acknowledge:

The Company has plans to distribute dividends in the near future (in the next 3
months), but this plan has not been decided at the AGMS and this corporate
action has no effect on the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock
Exchange.

Based on the confirmation of the answer from the main shareholder of the
Company through the Corporate Secretary, the main shareholder do not/does
not have any plans regarding their share ownership in the Company.

Acknowledge:

The Main Shareholders of PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk, as of the date of the issuance
of the explanation letter from the Company to IDX, do not have any specific
plans regarding their share ownership in the Company.
