Komisaris dan Direksi Perseroan, oleh karenanya Dewan
Komisaris dan Direksi Perseroan, baik sendiri-sendiri maupun
bersama- sama bertanggung jawab atas kebenaran informasi

The PMTHMETD implementation plan, which is carried out in
addition to improving the Company's financial position,
complies with the provisions stipulated in the capital market
regulations, specifically POJK No. 14 of 2019.
Benefits of the PMTHMETD Implementation
