Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa pada tanggal 18 April 2026, Menteri Hukum Republik
Indonesia telah menerbitkan Keputusan Menteri Hukum
Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU 0025165.AH.01.02.TAHUN
2026 tentang Persetujuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan, yang dengan keputusan tersebut memberikan
persetujuan atas perubahan nama Perseroan dari semula PT
Matahari Department Store Tbk menjadi PT MDS Retailing
Tbk, sebagaimana diputuskan dan disetujui dalam Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan yang telah
diselenggarakan pada tanggal 15 April 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perubahan nama tersebut tidak menimbulkan dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan dan entitas
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau anak Perseroan. Perseroan tetap menjalankan seluruh
Perusahaan Publik kegiatan usaha dan operasionalnya secara normal
sebagaimana mestinya.
Sehubungan dengan perubahan nama tersebut, Perseroan
akan melakukan penyesuaian secara bertahap terhadap
seluruh dokumen perizinan, perjanjian dan/atau kontrak
dengan pihak ketiga, serta dokumen dan korespondensi
lainnya yang relevan, agar selaras dengan penggunaan nama
Perseroan yang baru, dengan tetap memperhatikan ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Description of Material Information or On 18 April 2026, the Minister of Law of the Republic of
Facts Indonesia issued Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic
of Indonesia No. AHU 0025165.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026
regarding the Approval of the Amendment to the Articles of
Association of the Company, which by such decree granted
approval for the change of the Company name from PT
Matahari Department Store Tbk to PT MDS Retailing Tbk, as
resolved and approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting
of Shareholders of the Company convened on 15 April 2026
Impact of event, material information or The change of name does not have any impact on the
facts towards Issuers or Public operational activities, legal aspects, financial condition, or
Company’s operational activities, legal, business continuity of the Company and its subsidiaries. The
financial condition, or going concern Company continues to carry out all of its business and
operational activities normally and in the ordinary course of
business.
In relation to the change of name, the Company will, on a
gradual basis, make the necessary adjustments to all licensing
documents, agreements and/or contracts with third parties, as
well as other relevant documents and correspondence, in
order to align them with the use of the Company new name,
while continuing to comply with the applicable laws and
regulations
