                                                    at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of

                                                    a gradual basis, make the necessary adjustments to all
                                                    licensing documents, agreements and/or contracts with
                                                    third parties, as well as other relevant documents and
                                                    correspondence, in order to align them with the use of
                                                    the Company’s new name, while continuing to comply
                                                    with the applicable laws and regulations.
