“PP Presisi Perkuat Fundamental dan Pertumbuhan Bisnis, Kontrak Baru Capai Rp1,5 Triliun”
Jakarta, 19 Agustus 2026 — PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE), perusahaan jasa pertambangan dan konstruksi berbasis alat
berat, mencatatkan perolehan kontrak baru sebesar Rp1,5 triliun hingga Triwulan II 2026. Kontrak baru tersebut didominasi
oleh segmen jasa pertambangan dan konstruksi dengan kontribusi 97%, menegaskan posisi strategis PPRE di sektor
tersebut. PPRE juga terus menjajaki peluang kemitraan strategis untuk memperluas cakupan bisnis, khususnya di sektor
pertambangan.
Sejalan dengan pertumbuhan kontrak baru, PPRE mencatatkan pendapatan konsolidasian sebesar Rp2,2 triliun hingga
Juni 2026, tumbuh 35% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp1,6 triliun. Pertumbuhan tersebut
mencerminkan aktivitas operasional PPRE yang tetap terjaga sekaligus memperkuat posisi bisnis utama PPRE di tengah
dinamika industri jasa pertambangan dan konstruksi.
Kontribusi terbesar terhadap pendapatan berasal dari segmen pertambangan dan konstruksi yang secara keseluruhan
mencapai 97,3%. Komposisi tersebut menunjukkan konsistensi PPRE dalam menjalankan fokus bisnis utama sekaligus
memperkuat kapabilitas sebagai perusahaan jasa pertambangan dan konstruksi.
Dari sisi profitabilitas, rugi tahun berjalan PPRE hingga Juni 2026 berhasil ditekan sekitar 93,4% sebesar Rp88,6 miliar
dibandingkan rugi pada tahun 2025 sebesar Rp1,3 triliun. Perbaikan ini menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam
pengelolaan kinerja PPRE, sejalan dengan langkah penguatan fundamental dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional.
Perbaikan kinerja juga tercermin dari beban penurunan nilai yang turun dari Rp656 miliar pada 2025 menjadi Rp57,9 miliar
hingga Juni 2026. Sementara itu, beban keuangan tercatat sebesar Rp167,7 miliar, lebih rendah dibandingkan
Rp171,4 miliar pada periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya.
Direktur Utama PT PP Presisi Tbk, Rizki Dianugrah, mengatakan capaian tersebut menjadi pijakan bagi PPRE untuk terus
memperkuat fundamental dan meningkatkan kualitas kinerja. “Pertumbuhan pendapatan menunjukkan aktivitas
operasional PPRE tetap terjaga. Penurunan rugi juga menjadi perkembangan positif dalam proses penguatan fundamental
PPRE. Ke depan, kami fokus pada efisiensi, produktivitas, optimalisasi aset, serta peningkatan kualitas dan profitabilitas
proyek.”
Sementara itu, Vice President Corporate Secretary PT PP Presisi Tbk, Mei Elsa Kembaren, menegaskan bahwa PPRE
terus menjaga transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam menyampaikan perkembangan kinerja kepada pemegang saham dan
pemangku kepentingan. “Capaian Semester I 2026 menjadi bagian dari proses penguatan PPRE menuju kinerja yang lebih

“PP Presisi Strengthens Fundamentals and Business Growth, New Contracts Reach Rp1.5 Trillion”
Jakarta, August 19, 2026 — PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE), a heavy equipment-based mining services and construction
company, recorded new contracts of Rp1.5 trillion through the second quarter of 2026. The new contracts were
predominantly contributed by the mining services and construction segments, accounting for 97%, reaffirming PPRE’s
strategic position in these sectors. PPRE also continues to explore strategic partnership opportunities to expand its business
scope, particularly in the mining sector.
In line with the growth in new contracts, PPRE recorded consolidated revenue of Rp2.2 trillion through June 2026,
representing a 35% increase compared to Rp1.6 trillion in the same period last year. This growth reflects sustained
operational activity while strengthening PPRE’s core business position amid the evolving dynamics of the mining services
and construction industries.
The mining and construction segments remained the largest contributors to revenue, accounting for 97.3% in total. This
composition demonstrates PPRE’s continued focus on its core businesses while strengthening its capabilities as a mining
services and construction company.
From a profitability perspective, PPRE successfully reduced its loss for the current year through June 2026 by approximately
93.4% to Rp88.6 billion, compared with a loss of Rp1.3 trillion in 2025. This improvement reflects positive progress in
PPRE’s performance, in line with its efforts to strengthen its fundamentals and improve operational efficiency.
The improvement in performance was also reflected in the decline in impairment expenses, which decreased from Rp656
billion in 2025 to Rp57.9 billion through June 2026. Meanwhile, finance costs stood at Rp167.7 billion, lower than Rp171.4
billion in the same period last year.
President Director of PT PP Presisi Tbk, Rizki Dianugrah, said that the achievement provides a solid foundation for PPRE
to further strengthen its fundamentals and improve the quality of its performance. “Revenue growth indicates that PPRE’s
operational activities remain well maintained. The reduction in losses also represents positive progress in our efforts to
strengthen the Company’s fundamentals. Going forward, our focus will be on efficiency, productivity, asset optimization, as
well as improving the quality and profitability of our projects.”
Meanwhile, Vice President of Corporate Secretary of PT PP Presisi Tbk, Mei Elsa Kembaren, emphasized that PPRE
continues to uphold transparency and accountability in communicating the Company’s performance to shareholders and
