Devisa Hasil Ekspor Sumber Daya Alam (DHE SDA) dari PT
Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 29 Januari 2024, Perseroan telah
menandatangani suatu Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit dengan
Bank berupa Fasilitas Kredit Cash Collateral (Pseudo R/K
dengan Maks. Co. Tetap) dengan plafond sebesar
Rp.1.000.000.000.000,- (satu triliun Rupiah).
Jangka waktu fasilitas yaitu selama 12 (dua belas) bulan
terhitung sejak tanggal penandatanganan Perjanjian Fasilitas
Kredit dengan suku bunga sebesar suku bunga simpanan giro
+ 0,5% p.a bersifat reviewable.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kelangsungan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan usaha:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perolehan atas fasilitas kredit tersebut dipergunakan oleh
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan untuk penunjang kegiatan operasional.
Perusahaan Publik
Dampak hukum:
Perolehan fasilitas kredit tersebut tidak melanggar peraturan
dan perjanjian-perjanjian dengan pihak ketiga.
Dampak terhadap kondisi keuangan:
Perolehan fasilitas kredit tersebut berdampak positif bagi
kinerja keuangan Perseroan.

Obtained Cash Collateral Credit Facility for placement of

Description of Material Information or On January 29, 2024, the Company signed a Credit Facility
Facts Agreement with the Bank in the form of a Cash Collateral
Credit Facility (Pseudo R/K with Fixed Max. Co.) with a ceiling
of IDR 1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion Rupiah).
The term of the facility is 12 (twelve) months from the date of
signing the Credit Facility Agreement with an interest rate
equal to the current deposit interest rate + 0.5% p.a. is
reviewable.
