Dear Sirs,

NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT

We, Poseidon Corporate Services Ltd (“Poseidon”), are the sole lender under the
US$250,000,000 credit agreement originally dated 27 October 2011 between, amongst
others, PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (“BSP”) as borrower, Credit Suisse AG,
Singapore Branch as facility agent, and the lenders named therein, as amended by (i) an
amendment letter dated 22 April 2013, (ii) an amendment agreement dated 12 July 2013, (iii)
an amendment letter dated 13 November 2013, and (iv) an amendment letter dated 30
January 2014, and as further amended from time to time (the "Facility Agreement"), together
with the loans made available under the Facility Agreement (the "Loans").

Poseidon and BSP have agreed to settle a portion of the outstanding principal amount of the
Loans in the amount of US$161,695,372.82 through debt-to-equity conversion (“Agreed
Settlement Amount”).

In connection with the above, we have assigned US$7,000,000 out of the Agreed Settlement
Amount to Pacific Harbor Advisors Pte. Ltd. (“Assignee”) as of 23 February 2026, and as of
the date of notice, we are no longer have any rights to receive the settlement of such
US$7,000,000 out of the Agreed Settlement Amount. Therefore, we, hereby notify, and
instruct, BSP to settle US$7,000,000 out of the Agreed Settlement Amount directly to the
Assignee. The settlement to the Assignee shall be the part of the debt-to-equity conversion
that will be performed by BSP to settle the Agreed Settlement Amount to us.

Please acknowledge receipt of the above by signing and indicating the date of receipt on the
duplicate of this letter.
