review of the Company's interim financial
information with a limited review as of 30
September 2023 which was signed by Christiadi
Tjahnadi on 29 November 2023, the Company's
total consolidated equity is IDR 139,242,283,985,
so MTN issuance of USD 2,000,000 assuming a
middle exchange rate of IDR 15,731/1 USD,
equivalent to IDR 31,462,000,000 (thirty-one billion
four hundred and sixty-two million Rupiah). The
MTN issuance value of the Company's total equity
as of September 30 2023 is 22.6% (twenty two
point six percent)
