1. Independensi AP dan KAP (Mampu melaksanakan audit secara independen dan bebas dari benturan kepentingan)
2. AP dan KAP berpengalaman dan memiliki keahlian di bidangnya dan terdaftar di OJK

The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
1. AP and KAP independence (Able to carry out audits independently and free from conflicts of interest)
2. AP and KAP are experienced and have expertise in their fields and are registered with the OJK
