 1. Klarifikasi kebenaran dan latar belakang Perseroan dalam melakukan menjual bisnis jus
    Buavita / Clarification on the accuracy and background of the Company in selling the Buavita juice
    business

     Pada saat disampaikannya surat tanggapan ini, bisnis jus Buavita masih dimiliki oleh Perseroan dan
     hingga saat ini, Perseroan tidak pernah menandatangani perjanjian jual beli apapun terkait transaksi
     penjualan bisnis jus Buavita kepada pihak manapun. / As of the issuance of this clarification letter, the
     Buavita juice business remains owned by the Company, and to date the Company has not signed any
     sale and purchase agreement relating to the sale of Buavita juice business to any party.


 2. Pihak pembeli bisnis yang akan dijual Perseroan / The prospective purchaser of the business to be
    sold by the Company

4.   Langkah strategis yang akan dilakukan Perseroan atas penjualan bisnis yang dilakukan / Strategic
     steps to be taken by the Company in relation to the sale of the business

     Mohon merujuk pada tanggapan Perseroan di nomor 1 diatas. Apabila di kemudian hari terdapat langkah
     strategis terkait bisnis jus Buavita yang akan dilakukan oleh Perseroan, hal tersebut akan disampaikan
     melalui keterbukaan informasi sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. / Please refer to the
     Company's explanation under point 1 above. Should there be any strategic steps relating to the Buavita
     juice business that will be done by the Company in the future, such information will be disclosed through
     information disclosure in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

5.   Tingkat urgensi Perseroan melakukan penjualan bisnis / The urgency level for the Company to
     carry out the sale of the business

9.   Dalam hal transaksi akan dilakukan, agar Perseroan dapat menyampaikan
     keterbukaan informasi beserta pernyataan dari Dewan komisaris dan Direksi yang
     menyatakan bahwa semua informasi material telah diungkapkan pada Keterbukaan
     Informasi. / In the event the transaction is carried out, the Company is requested to submit
     information disclosure along with statements from the Board of Commissioners and the
     Board of Directors confirming that all material information has been disclosed in the
     Information Disclosure

     Perseroan senantiasa berkomitmen untuk menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi material
     sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. / The Company is committed to submitting disclosure
     relating to material information in accordance with the applicable regulations.



10. Informasi atau kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi
    kelangsungan hidup serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perseroan / Other material
    information or events that may affect the Company’s business continuity and may influence
    the Company’s share price

     Pada tanggal surat ini tidak ada informasi atau kejadian material yang dapat mempengaruhi
     kelangsungan hidup maupun harga saham Perseroan yang harus disampaikan kepada
     masyarakat. / As of the date of this letter, there is no material information or event that may
     affect the Company’s business continuity or share price that must be disclosed to the public.
