Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Perpanjangan kontrak berupa adendum yang memberi nilai
tambah bagi Perseroan.
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 13 Agustus 2026, Perseroan telah memperoleh
perpanjangan 6 bulan kontrak dengan periode dari 1 Agustus
2026 hingga 31 Januari 2027 berupa adendum dari PT Quaker
Indonesia (Quaker) untuk memproduksi, memproses,
mengemas, dan menyimpan produk tertentu untuk dijual
kepada Quaker sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang
berlaku.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan melanjutkan produksi produk untuk Quaker.
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Dampak terhadap aspek hukum Perseroan
Perusahaan Publik Dengan adanya Perjanjian tersebut maka terdapat keterikatan
antara Perseroan dengan Quaker dalam melaksanakan hak
dan kewajiban sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Dampak terhadap aspek keuangan Perseroan
Dengan adanya Kerjasama tersebut maka Perseroan akan
memiliki pendapatan tambahan bagi Perseroan.
Dampak terhadap kelangsungan usaha Emiten
Dengan adanya Perjanjian tersebut maka Perseroan akan
memperoleh pendapatan tambahan sehingga
keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan menjadi lebih meningkat
dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham.

Description of Material Information or On August 13, 2026, the Company obtained a six-month
Facts extension of its contract, covering the period from August 1,
2026 to January 31, 2027, through an addendum with PT
Quaker Indonesia (Quaker) to manufacture, process, package,
and store certain products for sale to Quaker in accordance
with the applicable terms and conditions.
